Increase B2B online shop account activations
Based on the necessary preliminary discussions, an efficient concept was put together. Thanks to the professional telephone contact of the relevant customer target group, almost 50% of all respondents were convinced of the advantages of a B2B online account, and orders were significantly increased.
In addition, those contacted received personalized information through email newsletters and PDF flyers. Furthermore, an address comparison was carried out, as well as the collecting of consent for future information releases in accordance with new data protection law.
This outflow of contact also had an important effect on advertising, further strengthening the company’s external image.
